Nelson Rentals, Inc. began as a small rental company in 1955 by Dr. Bardin H. Nelson, then a professor at Texas A&M University.

Today, Dr. Nelson and his son Bardin Nelson, Jr. have continued in the family tradition of renting out affordable, comfortable places to live for students needing a home within walking distance to the university.

Nelson Rentals, Inc. has many housing locations, which include apartments, duplexes, fourplexes, and single family houses - all in the Bryan / College Station area.
